THIS MEANS THAT YOU CANNOT SUE OR RECOVER ANY DAMAGES FROM HEALTHBARRE, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS AS A RESULT OF ITS DECISION TO REMOVE OR REFUSE TO PROCESS ANY INFORMATION OR CONTENT, TO WARN YOU, TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS TO THE SITE, OR TO TAKE ANY OTHER ACTION DURING THE INVESTIGATION OF A SUSPECTED VIOLATION OR AS A RESULT OF TCS’S CONCLUSION THAT A VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT HAS OCCURRED. Membership Security
No Sharing
Members of HealthBarre may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or company. When applying for membership you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use. Excessive viewings or logins by any member will be construed by HealthBarre as fraudulent use of services, which will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund.
Fraudulent Use
HealthBarre reserves the right to cancel any membership it believes has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently, at our own discretion.
Membership Billing And Gift Certificates Purchases
One-month memberships are billed monthly. All memberships are renewed automatically until cancelled. There is no minimum obligations and members may cancel anytime. Membership must be cancelled prior to the renewal date in order to end membership charges.
One-year memberships are billed yearly. All memberships are renewed automatically until cancelled.
At times, special prepaid membership packages will be available for purchase. Unless otherwise noted, special prepaid memberships will be recurring and will renew automatically on the expiry date. Membership must be cancelled prior to the renewal date in order to end membership charges.
Gift certificates will expire 12 months following the email delivery date unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate or by other notification. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash value.
Subscription fees and gift certificates are charged in USD currency. Depending upon your credit card’s currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider. All membership and download fees are charged in USD currency. Depending on your location and credit card institution, you may incur additional international currency fees applied by your card institution.

General Terms
Severability
If any portion of this agreement between HealthBarre and you is held to be invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Successors and Assigns
This agreement between HealthBarre and you is binding on you and your heirs, executors, administrators and personal representatives.
This agreement between HealthBarre and you is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. You attorn irrevocable and unconditionally to the courts of Australia in respect of any action or proceeding commenced in respect of this Agreement.
